Yoga Playground Thursdays 4:30pm
Have you got questions about your practice? Want to build strength? Work on something in particular? Or just warm up more deeply before class? Nina is running a one hour workshop every Thursday 4:30pm before her 5:30pm class. Just come along and play - by donation.
Courses during school terms
Each school term, we run various 10 week courses. The next lot commence during the first week of February and are: Tuesdays 6:30am vinyasa flow, Wed 4:15pm Kid's yoga and Thurs 6:30am beginners. Contact us for more information.

Kids' Yoga at Dance of Life
Wednesdays 4.15-5pm, resuming Feb 1st.
Fun Kid's yoga sessions at $15 per class. The classes are aimed at children aged between 5 - 8 years old. Please contact Tina on 0408 169 633.

Queen's Birthday Yogafest 2012

Yogafest is a bi-annual yoga retreat presented by the Dance of Life. All proceeds donated to Amma's charitable works around the world! Check out www.yogafestsomers.com for details and to register. The next Yogafest is held Jun 8-11, 2012.
Dance of Life supports Traditional Healthcare
Today, there are 1 billion people in the world without Healthcare. Currently we are using 15% of our healthcare workforce to meet their needs. 85% of all healthcare practitioners are complementary, and so far have not been utilised. Traditional Healthcare aims to change this.
Traditional Healthcare is organising a fundraising retreat during Easter 2012 in Lennox Head, 20mins south of Byron Bay. Click here for more info and registration.
Chanting
The next chant will be held on Sat, March 3rd, from 6:30pm. As usual, the chant is followed by a meal, chai and a movie.
Suggested donation for the evening is $15 - all proceeds go to Amma's charities.
Satsangs
Amma Satsangs at the Dance of Life are held every 1st Friday of the month, 7:30pm - 9:30pm.
