Which yoga class is for you?
Introductory Level
is suitable for newcomers to yoga and those returning to yoga after a long absence.
General Level
is suitable for those who have practiced yoga for 6 months or more.
Intermediate Level
is suitable for students who wish to develop their own practice in strength and flexibility.
General Information
Wear comfortable and loose clothing.
Inform your teacher of any injuries you have before class.
Arrive for class at least 5 minutes before starting time.
Food: allow 1 hour before and after class before eating a meal.
All ages and levels of fitness are welcome.
Remember yoga is non-competitive and you work at your own level.
Classes are on-going throughout the year.
